Green terraces, open views

The area around the site is mostly green with few buildings, so the lower floors step out into terraces planted with trees and shrubs, forming a green façade. Inside, shared planted spaces give room to relax, the workspaces open straight onto greenery, and the hotel floors look out over the city and the mountains.

How we work

We stay with a building from the first site plan to its day-to-day running.

  1. 1

    Find and plan the land

We secure land in the city’s growth areas and take each master plan through approval with the Chief Architect of Ulaanbaatar.

  2. 2

    Design with partners

We work with licensed architects on buildings that put shops, hotels and homes together.

  3. 3

    Manage the build

One team coordinates the architects, contractors and city offices through to handover.

  4. 4

    Lease and run it

We lease the retail space and run the hotels and serviced apartments ourselves.
